Countries to which we ship the goods
BPS Knives sends goods to almost all countries of the world. The only country to which we do not send products is Russia. Other countries that have their own delivery features are Australia, New Zealand, China and Vietnam. Customers of these countries should contact our managers before ordering to consult about the delivery of goods and their value. Write us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Ukrainian customers can receive the goods within 2-4 days by choosing a postal operator – Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta. We send to other countries through Seller Online.
Estimated delivery time:
- USA – 3-4 weeks
- Canada – 4-6 weeks
- Europe – 3-4 weeks
- Asia – 3-4 weeks
- Australia – 2-3 months
Warning: delivery during the war will take a little longer. Approximately, parcels can be delayed for 2-3 weeks. After our victory over the Russian occupiers, the speed of delivery will increase significantly.
The cost of delivery in Ukraine – from 50 hryvnia (depending on the product and quantity).

Terms of payment
You can pay for the goods:
- Money transfer (for delivery across Ukraine)
- By cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express
- Payment to the account in PrivatBank
Exchange and return of goods
According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, the customer has the right to exchange non-food goods of good quality for similar from the seller from whom he was purchased, if the product did not satisfy him in shape, size, style, color, size or other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose. The customer has the right to exchange the goods of proper quality within fourteen days, not counting the day of purchase. Important: the exchange of goods of proper quality is carried out if it has not been used and if its appearance, consumer properties, etc. are preserved.
If at the time of exchange of similar goods are not for sale, the customer has the right to either buy any other products from the available range with the appropriate transfer of value, or terminate the contract and get back the money in the amount of returned value, or exchange goods for similar at the first receipt of the relevant goods for sale. The cost of delivery is paid by the customer and the cost of delivery is not refundable.
However, it should be noted that for 5 years of successful work of BPS Knives, we have not met a single customer who intends or wishes to return the product. All knives and accessories are inspected before shipment, and the products themselves are handmade. Therefore, the risks of sending substandard goods are excluded.
