This titan of France knife industry was born in Normandy and grew up on the streets, where he learnt to fight from a young age, because the streets were full of hooligans and street gangs. He then served in the French Special Forces, where he honed his already impressive close combat skills and later became the champion of France in Taekwondo and then, in 1993, the champion of Europe in stick fighting.
